3. Designated Copyright Agent

Please send DMCA notices to our contact form with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" via our Contact page. We will respond to valid notices within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
